PanGEA 1.04

PanGEA allows to map EST's to genes or whole genomes using algorithm which are especially adapted to next-generation sequencing technologies. The mapping results may be displayed as a gene-expression-profile or used for SNP identification. The mapped EST's and the SNP's can be interactively managed and manipulated, subsets may be specified and exported.
